The next day I sent a text asking if he got it, I wasnt angry, just curious if he got it or not cause I never got a reply. When I asked if he got it, he said "which text?" and I said the one where I asked you about work and he said no he didnt get it. Then later that day when I saw my bf he was mentioning something to me about the medicine I was taking, he said "so you have to take it for two weeks hey?"...i told him that in the text that he 'never got'!!! he couldnt know about it any other way. why would he lie about not geting the text?it doesnt make sense. i was going to confront him then and say 'i thought you didnt get that text' but he had friends around so i didnt think it was appropiate.

i agree with lazyguy
He probably read the first part of the text then thought he got the jist of it, or just plain forgot about it

Hi,
It is possible that he actually got the text after you had first spoken to him about it and before that conversation later in the day. I have sometimes received text messages from my mobile provider a day or two after they have been sent which can be inconvenient.
On the other hand, maybe he had got it but not read it until you mentioned it and he was too embarrassed to tell you that.
What I do suggest is that you do talk to him about it but try not to be confrontational. Try telling him about how it made you feel when he mentioned information he could only have got from your text after he had denied receiving it. That it made you feel he did not really care. The watch his body language carefully while he answers.
The explanation could be all quite innocent or it could reveal something more serious. Only you can tell and it does not take an argument to find out.
I hope it all works out for you.

Short attention span? He read the medicine part and skipped the rest because he thought he got the "message" or just didn't remember it.
Don't over-analyze things.
