My partner said he felt a little bit of pain during sex (we were only slightly rough) but ignored it. What would have caused this? Should we go straing to the hospital and will he ever talk to me again because at the moment I feel like he thinks I gave him a disease or something which isn't possible because i was tested before we got together because my last boyfriend cheated and we have used protection the whole time.

if he is uncut maybe his frenulum snapped? Or maybe your sex was that EXTREME! Sounds like a new mountain dew add to me.
Don't worry about it, check the link above, seems like the right answer up there

I'm sure he's just scared right now and wants to find something to blame- that's why he needs to see a doctor. Try to be supportive and convince him to get checked out. This could be a sign of something totally benign or very serious. Don't worry about STDs right now either.

He is the one that needs to be checked out...maybe HE has something that he didn't tell YOU about? Either way, be there for him and go with him when he does go to the doctor...
