My right breast is a whole cup size bigger than the right. It doesn't bother me as you can't really see it under the clothes and almost all women have different sized breasts. You're very young so they should even out a little. Very occasionally, some women have very uneven breasts - differences of more than 2 cup sizes - and in this case plastic surgery is the only option but you are far too young for that at the moment because your breasts are still growing.Try not to worry about it. It's normal and men don't seem to mind.

The human body is actually made up of two halves. Place a piece of paper on your nose so your face is equally divided left and right. They aren't mirror images of each other, you'll notice the differences. As far as your boobs go, at your age they are still growing and growing at a different pace. They will even out, although one will always be slightly larger.

Everyone has one size of their body larger than the other. The left side is smaller because the right side of your body is dominant. You are right-handed... right?
Your right foot is also slightly larger as is your right hand, as compared to your left foot and hand. Your right eye might be larger than the left, or your right nostril… In some cases, the differences are more pronounced.
Chances are though, that you notice it more than anyone else ever will.

My last wife had one a whole cup size bigger than the other and it was nice to have the choice of whether to play with the big floppy one or the little pert one.

Just like most boys will have one testicle bigger than the other, and normally one (the left) lower.
