The guy just broke up with his girl one month ago. I think they broke up after I told him I am now single because all of a sudden, the girl is out of the picture right. After I told him about my break up. Here's the problem. He is still taking his sweet time with me. We already lost so much time so I don't get it. We have gone out on dates like 3 times in the past 6 weeks or so. He says things like he needs time and maybe we should wait to date each other for 3 months!! To me, I think if a man likes someone, he wouldn't risk losing her. I'm trying to be understanding but I can't help but take it as a slight rejection. Do some guys really think about taking that long to move on? It also bothers me that he cares so much about his ex girlfriend finding out about me. He says he doesn't love her anymore but then why care that much? Please give me your opinion on this. Thank you

not being too forward or anything, but why don't you make the move? We are past the days of waiting for the man to make the romantic gesture, put yourself out there and just ask him for a date.He seems the shy type, so if you don't make a move you may be waiting for a long time.
