Have you realised how dull and monotonous it is? Have you become bored with it? Are you satisfied with who you are and where you have reached in life?
How often do you have sex? Are you in a strong relationship with someone you are in love with and care for? Are you confident in yourself?
I still masturbate but that is all I have had for the last 20 years and take it from me it has never satisfied me to the extent of someone else being with you.
Sorry for all the questions but sometimes you have to ask these sometimes to know where you want to be.
I suggest more exercise, a cleaner diet, some running to refresh the body as well as the mind.
