I have heard about that before and i was told not to be tense and just relax yourself if it still hurts i wouldnt know maybe go and speak to a nurse in a clinic.Hope you find a soultion.

 sometimes sex can be uncomfortable in certain positions you just need to find what is comfortable for you and tell him if it is hurting you
