We both decided that it wasn't worth the risk of losing such a great friendship. Time past and we began to grow apart. I still have really strong feelings for him and at least want the friendship back. The problem is he won't even look at me anymore. It's obvious that he didn't like me more than a friend. But why does our friendship have I be ruined because of this? Reply to this Question Share |

He's immature, that's why. There's no reason to shun you just because you have feelings for him. Sometime people don't really know how to react and they start avoiding the other person, thinking that by doing so, maybe their feelings will vanish. He's probably feeling awkward around you and this is his reaction. Its silly and hopefully he will get over it soon and you can be friends again.
I'm sorry it didn't work out between you, but remember, whatever happens is for the best. There is definitely something much, much better in store for you. And if this guy doesn't want to be friends with you just because you like him, then maybe you're better off without his fickle friendship.
