It might be new to her. She may just feel uncomfortable so she tries to ease the tension with laughter. Its certainly not out of the question to talk to her about it.
Just make sure you don't sound like you want to embarrass her or show off how experienced you are. Level with her and let her tell you how she feels about being physical.
