Every person has sex in different ways and this is clearly what he likes. I wouldnt be upset or worried over it, I would enjoy it when it comes :)

 Why would that mean you're not good in bed? It sounds a little creepy to me, like he needs to feel like he's restraining you to get off. Why not try pointing it out to him next time he does it to see what he says?

It's not that you're not "doing it for him" it's most likely a dominance thing.
You could just simply ask him if he likes to be dominant, and if he does, then you might enjoy becoming more submissive.
That or it could just be his favorite position.
