You are about to start... is he already erect? if so then wiseoldman may be correct in his interpretation...
when he goes to pee is he gone a bit of a while? do you hear him pee?
I always pee before and after sex... it's good to do so.. especially for women (you should pee after sex always helps flush out the bacteria)
I don't see peeing before sex as abnormal...

I thought that was normal? It's good to pee before sex for many reasons, it's uncomfortable to have someone pushing on your bladder and for many guys, it helps them last longer to have an empty bladder. Also it's very unsexy to be in the middle of sex and suddenly have to pee. And no matter what, you should absolutely pee after sex to prevent UTIs. I don't think it's anything to worry about, it's pretty normal.

Before answering this I checked the age of consent in Mexico, and at your age it's perfectly legal. As for your question- is your boyfriend no longer erect when he returns, but 'back in shape' shortly after the two of you start playing around again? It's possible he's having a very quick 'decompression session' in the bathroom so as not to ejaculate too fast with you so he can control himself better and prolong your pleasure. At his age getting another erection almost immediately after orgasm is no problem at all (ah, bygone days!) so maybe that's the answer. If it is, just be understanding and help him along yourself the first time so your mutual pleasure is not interrupted.
