 Fetishes are normal. I don't know what a balloon fetish is, but if it's not destructive, if it doesn't harm others, I wouldn't worry about it. The time to seek help is if you feel as if you need help. If it bothers you having this, the get the help you need. Just because what you like, isn't what the majority takes part in, doesn't meant there's a disorder causing it.
