They have ached in the past when I've been seriously turned on but not had sex however they seem to ache at times every day for past few days. I have been masturbating but even so am really wanting sex so would that be the cause or could it be something else? Thanks x Reply to this Question Share |

Lay off the wanking for a while and avoid any pornographic material for a day or three. If the ache persists after that, do as everyone else says.

If a man ever experiences pain in his testicles, he should go see a doctor. It can be signs of something serious, or it could be fine. Absolutely go to the doctor!

When men are turned on their testicles ache. It's something to do with a build of fluid. Masturbation usually sorts it. But it would be wise for you to go and see a doctor so he can out your mind at rest whether there's something wrong or not. You don't give your age but if your still a teenager then your body is still developing which will cause them to ache. But try not to worry. A doctor will sort you out.

It could be nothing, but it could also be one of a long list of medical causes. The best thing to do is go visit your doctor, tell them your symptoms, and see what they recommend. They'll probably run a few tests.
This is a pretty important part of your body, best not to take any risks with them :)
