Agree with her advice, but I will add to it.
You should think whether these fights can be helpful somehow.
If you can't "see it", then the best you can do is stop them.

Hi babe, i know it can be hard, but when you feel like an argument is gunna start turn to your baby gurl, and give her a cuddle and then think about good things.. I have the same problem, i am always picking arguments, the worst was last night.. You realy need to think about happy things ( i may sound sad but honestly it does work ) and then hope for the best, I hope i helped, good luck. Mail me if you would like to talk x x
