 I think you feel betrayed becasue this hits close to home for you. I don't know why you've had this surgery but I'm sure it has been stressful on you. It's a lot to deal with. I hope you manage. At the same time, it's stressful to your man too. He's a human being with feelings too. Although the adjustment is not as extreme to him, as it is to you, it is something he has to get used to also. Maybe he didn't intend for you to see the pictures. Talk to him. I'm sure he had nor intention of hurting you. Besides the pictures, how has he been throughout this?

 I think you feel betrayed because you feel he lied to you or said something that wasn't true to make you feel better. Have you talked to him about this and how it made you feel?
