So is there some sensation there when you cum? Sometimes when you're having sex, it's understandable depending on how intense your sex session was that you might not feel yourself cum. It's just like how guys can't feel their pre-cum come out. If you notice that the sensation is not as intense the next time then I would get it check out by your doctor just to make sure everything is okay.
