Hey everyone!

This is kind of a weird situation I'm in...

I'm a girl, and I've been friends with these 4 guys for a long time. Purely friendship only, we're big gamer nerds and play xbox and stuff all the time. We've all had a great friendship over the years.

Something weird has happened though.

They all know this other girl that they're friends with, and have been hanging out with her a lot. That's not what is bothering me.

What's bothering me is that they all always ditch me and ignore me to be with her.

They aren't even talking to me much anymore. I text them or message them online and get no reply. It's like they've become totally different people within just a couple of weeks.

Almost every weekend we have a gaming day (haha) where we play games at one of their houses. They don't invite me anymore...but I do know that they're all there together and this other girl is over a lot.

They just all have a different attitude towards me now. I know they still all game together and go to parties and hang out on the weekends but they never ask me to go.

Do you think this other girl would have anything to do with this?

Why did my male friends do this to me?

It just doesn't make sense to me

human_male agony auntYeah I think you should confront them as well. It's really s^^^^y to treat you like this, but talk to them before drawing any conclusions.

Who knows maybe they are attracted to this girl and compete over her or something. If you are as close as you say you are then you could just ask em about it. You may as well since at this rate you are gonna lose em.

Why don't you just contact them and ask them? Face to face is even better, because then they can't hide behind their computers/phones/etc.

Sure, the other girl could have something to do with this, but how it all fits together is anyone's guess. If you want to know what's up, you're going to have to take the initiative.
