He kept getting in my way and suggesting we eat somewhere else. I look anyway and my boyfriend (now my ex) making out with another girl. Why did he try and keep it from me?

Well not to be blunt about the situation but u r way better off with out him i know that i will hurt for a while but once u find the courage inside of you u will realize that u deserve better than that and from there on out u will walk a little taller, people get stronger with every break up you just cant let it get in the way and is for your friend not wanting you to see he probally just didnt want to see you get hurt but i understand why it would make you wonder i would probally wonder the same thing but hope everything goes ok for you

Im sorry things ended like that for you. The guy you were with, having lunch probably didnt want you to get hurt and felt that by you not seeing your bf being unfaithful, you wouldnt get hurt. I think he was trying to protect you. But if he is one of your best friends, ask him why he hid it from you!
