I did a stupid thing last weekend. I was visiting my old city for a fest and stayed with my ex boyfriend and slept with him. I feel so stupid now. I am disappointed that to him it really was only a one night stand. He cheated on me many many times and I know he's not the guy for me. We've been broken up since October last year. What's wrong with me. I am so idiotic!!!

Solidus agony auntWow, for a second there I thought this was my Ex talking about us. She came to visit me June 9th. As soon as she sat on my bed 20 mins later we were having sex. Just like old times. Nevertheless, a few weeks after that she alludes that she's having sex with someone else. Which really kinda hurt my feelings. Even though she treated me horribly and I know she isn't the good enough for me I still had sex with her. There was just such a familiarity and comfortability there that at the time falling into bed together took nothing at all. I just recently stop talking to her completely because of the things she does. So don't feel bad. It happens to guys too.

Clarey agony auntRelax. This is just a case of putting on a comfortable pair of old slippers in a weak moment. You are perfectly deserving of self-forgiveness and perhaps to decide that you won't do it again. In fact if he does contact you tell him it was just like old slippers and laugh. He may not like it but it sounds as though he needs putting in his place!

These things happen. Like Kenny said, it's a mistake, your sorry, now move on and make sure it dosen't happen again. Your attracted to him, that's normal, that's why you dated in the first place. But he's not the man for you. Stay far away from him, and hopefully in time you'll get over it and find a man who treats you with the love and respect that you deserve.

kenny agony auntThere is nothing wrong with you atal, far from it. Ok so you made a mistake, so what, at the end of the day we all do silly things that we are not proud of. Its good that you recognise that it was stupid thing to do, now you have the benefit of hindsight and will no not make the same mistake twice.

Wishing you all the best x
