writes:Why can't I get a girlfriend? Every girl luvs me because of my advice and that I act my age and am mature but no matter how much they like me I can't get a girlfriend. They just don't see me in that way. A girl a year younger than me met me, we kissed she said she said luved me I treated her like a princess but after a month she was attracted to my friend and tells me everything they did to burn me. Why do I always get hurt? A few female friends say they'd be lucky to go out with someone like me... a guy so caring and sweet but if they like my qualities so much why don't they go out with me? See it's just a point!! There must be something wrong with me!!! Any ideas?

don't worry about it brother, you're not the only guy that goes through this. I am the same, no matter what, nothing seems to work, even when girls have came and given there number to me, when i've gone to call, nothing. i think its just perserverance, keep at it.

The trick is to keep trying and one day you will sucseed. Wimin can rip your heart out put it in a blender and kiss your ass goodbye but be persistant and patiant and one day you will meet a girl who is truley interested.

 There is nothing wrong with you. Girls your age are too young to appreciate you right now. You may have heard the saying, girls are attracted to a**holes. Dont change yourself, be patient. You will meet someone special. Trust me, now I would kill for a mature nice guy, not so much when I was 16 though. And as for that girl who tells you things about what shes done with your friend just to hurt you... I dont think Im allowed to say what I think of her, but you are so much better off. Cut all ties with that chick.

reader, anonymous, writes (6 April 2008): well personally, i love the badboy exciting type, i was with this one guy who was caring and treated me like a princess but after a while i met someone else, he was like on the edge, mysterious and i was just hooked, i got fed up with my bf and dumped him for this new guy i met and things went very well for about 8 months, but i found out that he cheated on me, most of the badboy type are like that and afterwards i regreted dumping my bf because i knew he was that type that would stand by my side and would never even think of cheating on me. Its her loss at the end of the day, you will find someone, i am the kind of person that believes that there is a person out there for everyone that are destined to be with eachother, you just have to look hard for it and have a few bumps along the way.
