writes:i cant get over my ex girlfriend. iv become close friends with someone else now but i cant see her as attractive even though she is good looking, and a nice person. all i do is fantassize about my ex even though she doesnt want to get back together. we did sleep together last week but she says it didnt mean anything to her, it was just sex and it wont happen again, well so she says. i do keep thinking maybe she will change her mind one day, though im probably kidding myself. i just cant get her out my head and move on and even though i could start seeing this other girl i dont have any interest in doing so. we did kiss a few times when we just met but it did nothing for me... what is wrong with me? i know the answer is forget the ex but uts been 3 months and im still feling like i did the day it ended.

 Just remove yourself from her. Stop contacting her. If you see her a lot, I suggest you begin ignoring her completely. When you think of her, distract yourself from those thoughts. In the end, those feelings will fade away, just give it time.
Some people recover in a week or a month, some people take longer. Eventually you will feel nothing towards her. Just be patient.
