 No. It probably means that , as a teen, you have quite a lot of sexual energy bottled up and ready to expend .
The language of dreams is prevalently symbolic and irrational, never, or very seldom, to be taken literally.
Some people dream about doing sexual acts with family members or perfect strangers... or even animals , in real life they don't even remotely think or wish to do the same !
