You shouldn't be worried yet. However, if you have other symptoms of thyroid problems or any other health issues you should see a doctor to make sure everything is OK.
Also take another pregnancy test and be sure you use the first urine in the morning.

btw 5 days late is NOTHING unless you are on hormonal birth control and then it may be time to call the doctor.

Excessive weight gain or weight loss.
Too much exercise .
Hormonal imbalances.
Hypothyroidism ( underactive thyroid ).
Wait a few days, repeat the test and if it still comes out negative, consult your doctor.
