Go to a doctor immediately. If money is an issue, go to the emergency room at your county hospital. I would make this priority one in your life.

Have you been to the doctor to make sure you don't have 'pelvic inflammation’? I had this in the past and it made me bleed. It can be treated with antibiotics.

If you are well lubricated while you are having sex and he hasn't ripped you or anything like that and you are still bleeding, you need to see a doctor as that could be a sign of something worse than just rubbing friction.
Check out this link to learn more. It doesn't mean it's one of these things causing the bleeding, but you should still see a doctor just to make sure.

It can be a number of things like infections or erosion of the womb (more likely if your on the pill) but it could also be something more serious, not to worry you but its better to have peace of mind.
