Usually, this kind of attraction comes from having either a caring older male relative that showed you how to appreciate maturity in men or from having repeated bad experiences with younger men. It could also be simply that you are ready for a long term marriage-style relationship, with all of the responsibilities that come with it and 30 year old men, being on the cusp of that kind of maturity themselves, are naturally attractive to you. Maybe its because older men are more mature than guys your age. There is also the fact that they are more experianced and they have lived more so they know how to treat a girl right because they have grown out of that phase of their life. Maybe you have had a bad experiance with dating guys your own age or younger. But it depends on you as the person who you are attracted to.
