The question says "female", the profile reads "male". Is this a legit question with a typo or the same stupid kid that wasted people's time in the past with similar fake questions?

The idea that females are mostly hairless is strange, but for some reason our culture continues to think a woman should have no hair below the level of her eyes. It's almost certainly normal, shave or pluck if it becomes a problem.

Go see your physician. It could be that your hormones are whacked out and medication will help. Some women produce more than a normal amount of male hormones (we produce both, believe it or not but in proper amounts). A visit to a good Endocrynologist should help you get to the bottom of the problem and get it resolved. Good luck.
