After the act, I always remove the condom for him and wipe the mess off of him and clean up myself (it's one of those submissive things I do in the bedroom). But I always wonder what other people do?

I have never removed a condom from a partner... i think that is their job to clean themselves up to their satisfaction.

You're right in this being submissive. And as you can guess, not all people are submissive... At least not in that way.
I guess women take the condom off and wipe their boyfriends clean just as often as men will wipe their girlfriends clean afterwards.
I wipe me, he wipes himself. That's what the norm is in my relationship. Always has been the norm, probably always will be.

I usually put the condom on, but he always takes it off/cleans up after~ though I do get him tissue and a glass of water.

I let him do it because after sex, the glans of the penis is pretty sensitive for him. The part where my hands (and other parts) are all over him is before and during. Afterwards, he can clean up with minimal discomfort, as I am doing the same for myself.

If you like doing that, keep it up, it sounds great.

Since you asked....
I always put on and take off the condom. That is because I am so well-endowed - hence the condom is SO TIGHT - that none of my girls is strong enough to stretch the thing sufficiently to get it on, or off!!!!!
Thanks for asking....

For me that is the guy's job. I'll help put it on, but take it off.. That I leave to him.
I'm with R1 - if you like to do it then keep at it, if you don't then... don't.

If you do it because you enjoy providing this little - geisha-like attentions, there's nothing wrong, it's like soaping his back when he showers,or bringing him a glass of water before he goes to sleep. If that's part of your bedroom dynamics, and you both like it, go ahead.
Normally, I'd say that most men ( or, at least, all those I had to do with ) are perfectly willing and able to take care of their condoms themselves and do not expect this kind of assistence.

Personally I would leave that to him as its probably easier for him and its not really all that romantic! But I suppose it's up to you really... If you feel like its a submissive act, does that mean you don't enjoy it? Are you unhappy being submissive or is this the role you want to take??
