You could go for speach therapy or just work on it by yourself. It will take some practice but should pay off. Try talking by yourself and when you get the whistle repeat the sentence over and over again till you can eliminate it. Do this with as many of the common words and phrases you say when this happens. In the end it should either go away or be considerably less frequent.

You'll have to practice talking. As you jaw adjusts, the position of your tongue with relation to your teeth will change. You should adjust with time however. You might want to practice saying something like "She sells sea shells by the sea shore" when you're alone. Good luck!
