writes: lol oh god this is so wierd and im totally confused!!! i was at a party and hooked up with this guy and we started having sex (as in definate penetration occured) but then disgustingly enuf my period started and we had to stop (obviously!) - hes now saying that he doesnt count wot happened as sex coz neither of us had much of a chance to come, but i always thort da if u had penetration then that counted as sex! im really confused now lol - did i or did i not have sex with this guy??

I'm going to have to disagree a bit with Angelicc here... er add something.. Don't listen to a guy who doesn't want to commit to you. He doesn't want to commit to the fact that he had sex with you. He could have just stuck his penis in and then took it out and that would be sex.. it would sucky sex, but it's sex nontheless. and Angelicc you'd be surprised how much knowledge some guys can possess. but it's true there are guys that are completely ignorant on this subject.
As for the orginal question, it was sex and I hope you used protection.. which to me it doesnt sound like you did. :( but that is just my take on it.

reader, anonymous, writes (14 April 2006): Hi, yes I agree with everyone else...if there was penetration then you guys did participate in intercourse. Just because intercourse didn't include orgasm or "coming" it still counts as intercourse. You're right.

Yes you did have sex with this guy, whenever the penis enters the vagina, no matter how long or short it is, it still counts as sex. Hope that helps x
