 Hi. This is one of those questions that's pretty hard to answer without being there when you're on a date and calculating the situation. Work up to it. Have you held her hand? Put your arm around her? Hugged her goodnight? Kissed her on the cheek goodnight? If you've done all of these and she hasn't run screaming in the opposite direction I'd say she's pretty willing for you to kiss her.

 I'm not too sure if this is true for all girls, but usually if I want a guy to kiss me I tend to look at his mouth a lot. Also, I'll wet my lips a lot, or pout them a bit, or do anything to try to draw attention to them.
And if you find yourself in a position where you're standing (or sitting) really close to each other, pay attention to where her mouth is, and where she's looking. If she puts her lips really close to yours, she definitely wants to kiss you! lol.
Other than that, though, I don't really have any other ideas...
