But no matter where I go in my state I have family or friends who may go to that Same college and I want be alone to feel comfortable and make make all new friend being myself because it's kinda to expensive to leave state. To be honest I'm choosing college based on who goes their and what type of people because my major is at every college. I found one school were I will be alone but it's expensive and it's a art institute or I can go to a cheaper university that has the same major but I have cousins and friends going and I might be more nervous to be myself. I wanted to go somewhere were I can to and be alone and meet people that are almost like me and that's the art institute (I believe I should go there because I keep seeing the commercial) or should I go to a fun cheaper univeristy where I will have someone I know and will learn the same major( I'm worried I can't be myself at the university) how should I go about choosing this?

You SHOULD choose the school that offers the best education, not who goes there. I understand your thinking but if you can a better/cheaper education by staying IN state, then you should. You can work out your personal priivacy issue regardless of where you live/go to school.

How about assuming that you are out and everyone knows you are gay. Which university suits you best then?
My point is that you will come out and if you've selected the university based on its lack of your family and friends rather than the best education, you will be selling yourself short.
Choose the one that will make more sense in 5 or 10 or 20 years, not the one you choose out of fear.
