Casual versus relationships? Sex is never entirely casual. If she's a "casual" partner, then I expect her to be more skilled at foreplay so I have a more intense climax when I'm inside her.

I agree with the other guys- there's no clear answer. If the gal was really into giving head, and it felt great, then oral. If she had an amazing hand job technique that would cause me to orgasm like I did in high school, then hand jobs it is... if she was an amazing lay, and had a tight coochie, then it's intercourse.
If it was casual, I'd expect a session where all 3 where happening. If a relationship at least 2 of the 3, and I'd add anal every once in a while to the list as well!

In my case it depends on what I have had lately, and my mood that day. Quite often the answer is D something else. What I am saying is that I am not a robot. One input does not always produce the same output. And, you have limited the range of human sexuality to three categories. They seem somewhat restrictive.
As to the relationship vs. casual encounter question. I don't believe that casual sexual encounters are good for people. I guess that would limit the choices to none.
