 Depends what your after?..sex?-Clubs,bars. Something more meaningful?-don't go out looking for her you'll meet her when you least expect it. Sounds cheesy but its true. Go about your day as you usually would,maybe go to the additional social gathering every now and then but don't go out of your way to find her just be patient.

 Wherever there are nice teenage girls! Like, most anywhere, dude. But you could start at Sunday gatherings, town events or artistic classes - as a beginning.
