 I used to always do it in the car and after that I would just wait till my parents went to bed before we had sex. There are also parties but I think that isn't as common as you would think like it is depicted on tv.
There are always time when they will find no one around to have sex. Teens are very clever with this sort of thing. That is why I don't think trying to prevent them is effective at all. You are much better off educating them and making sure they will be safe when they do have sex.
