writes: Im 13 weeks pregnant and still waiting on my scan. im just worried because i dont really have symptoms of pregnancy, i have had no morning sickness, my boobs aint as sore as they were at first. the only things are is that i get tired, more hungry, my stomache looks bigger and i suffer with mood swings and get emotional over the smallest things. i guess im just worried about my scan. i have heard stories that people go to there scan and find out there baby is gone or that they wasn't even pregnant. to lose a baby do you have to bleed? or can it just dissappear in your stomache?those questions may sound silly but i am a worrier and im only 18 so i dont understand it all. im just hoping my baby will be ok. i have a great partner and lots of family support, i just keep worrying.

Every woman is different when they are pregnant. Some symptoms may not appear in some .
The baby cannot just disappear. At 13 weeks , you can see the visual image at the links below.
If you fall down or experience a sudden violent movement on your body , it may cause a miscarriage . You will bleed at first and that is a bad sign .
Your baby is formed in your uterus and it has nothing to do with your stomach.Your uterus is the reproductive system while the stomach is the digestive system..
You can Google all about pregnancy online.There is a wealth of info there.

It can't just disappear. When a woman loses a baby, she has a miscarried and the woman does bleed. They're not silly questions at all. If you're worried, talk to your doctor about it. He/she will no doubt be able to explain everything far more than we can.
