Keeping in mind that you only started talking to this girl a week ago i would say get to know her a little better and don't rush into things. If you are sure you really do like this girl then I would suggest finding a time where you can talk to her alone and in person, preferably outside of school. This may seem scary but believe me confidence goes a long way with girls.
