Hey i don't find myself feeling this sensation during intercourse, but tend to a little during oral, but i can push through that to orgasm...only me and my partner are apart alot at them moment so we use other methods to keep the fun going in the relationship....i think all of you are right in some way. One method is girls our friendly 'bullet' which my partner got for me to help as i don't get an orgasm by masturbating myself..dunno, maybe i'm just weird lol...anyways the first time i used it i got an amazingly strong orgasm and was able to ejaculate, however since then i've used it and found as i get more confident in it that i'm really sensitive and have actually had the mishap of 'peeing'...i'm really apprehensive of using it now and i know when my partner next sees me he'll want to join in...now i've had embarrassing moments but this isn't an easy one to tell him :/...i think the whole paranoia that it'll happen every time makes me less likely to use it...any advice that's not already on here for an inexperienced female that i am :D

A female... I am 25 years old and actually just had my first orgasm on my 25th birthday.. woohoo go me. It has been something that has bothered me for a really long time. Now this might sound gross but where all adults here. WELL AT LEAST WE SHOULD BE. but anyways... I have never came close. never even felt like i had to pee. Until one night my husband decided to play with my clitoris while we were having intercourse. My legs were shaking unbelievable. and I tightened up. Of course i felt like i was going to pee so i held it back. Well he knows i have never had an orgasm before so we went out and bought a vibrator and a sliver bullet 7 speed. he travels for a living and i felt more comfortable doing it myself first just in case if i did pee i wouldnt be embarrassed. I read that you have to clear your mind. COMPLETELY. think of nothing. at all. the when you get close to an orgasm your body will tighten or shake. you butt, legs and pevlis should tighten. but stay relaxed. i know it sounds weird. how stay relaxed when im supposed to tighten. well your body will automatically tighten you have to relax. i feels like you are going to pee but dont hold back. It is the most amazing experience in the world. If you dont feel comfortable with your boyfriend first do it by yourself. the silver bullet is very highly recommended. by everyone and every website i know. just rub it on your clitoris and it increases arousal. to the max. but your not going to pee. just make sure you empty your bladder right before you have intercourse. i cant believe i held back so long. it is amazing. there is a website i just read before i got to this one that said "many woman now a day ejaculate through the vagina. but some can ejaculate from the urethra" (which is where your pee comes from) and thats why you feel the urge to pee. just relax and have fun with it. let us know if our comments have helped you at all. i hope my answer has given you some helpful hints. good luck. and be happy. many woman dont get to experience ejaculation through the urethra. and that is all your feeling.

Go online and read about female ejaculation and you will feel so much better about what is going on.
Definitely empty your bladder beforehand--or you won't be able to relax.
Let him know that you don't know if you might pee or not (Just in case--so he's not surprised if he's not into that!) and let him go for it. I've read that females that ejaculate have the better orgasms (may be true, may not be true).
JUST KNOW THIS: if you do ejaculate during orgasm, it's not pee.
Now relax!!

I had a video where it was shown that women have a very small prostate, and not sure if it is called the same thing, but it functions just like a male prostate, and this is one spot you can oragasm. The clitorus is actually a small penis. If during intercourse, the penis is rubbing against the uretha, which in some women makes them pee.

The sensations you feel are what I think are normal. I know that I go through similar feelings when we are making love. I have learned to empty by bladder before we start having sex. Your body is going through so much when you start to get to that climax stage and you should enjoy the entire experience and not stop him. I think that your just worried that something could happen. It wont. It sounds pretty normal. Best Wishes, Cindy

I disagree with Natasia btw. It is normal for quite a few women to feel this way and u don't need to see a doctor.
I feel this way quite often during sex, when masturbating i never felt this way but during sex I do. You've just gotta push past it. there's nothing wrong with you. It's just a weird sensation and it's normal to be worried when you feel it that you're actually going to pee because when i feel it i sometimes feel like i won't be able to control it. But really it's unlikely that you'll be and if you do, it'll only be a tiny bit - especially if you use the bathroom before hand - and he'll hardly be likely to notice.
The more upset you get the more paranoid it'll make you and the more you'll feel like you really are going to urinate. So you just need to relax, enjoy what's happening and believe that you're not going to okay?
Gud luck, take care x

It is fairly common for many women to feel something very similar to an urge to pee when getting close to an orgasm. Not all women experience it the same way, but it represents preparation for the release associated with an orgasm. If you feel worried about it, take a leak just prior to sexual activity, rinse, then let your lover give you good oral. Go right on past that urge and allow yourself to release and enjoy your first orgasm. It is extremely unlikely that you will pee. Then the next time you approach an orgasm, you will begin to learn that it is different than actually needing to urinate. You will no longer be confused, and there is no reason to be upset about this sensation.

reader, anonymous, writes (30 March 2008): Many women describe the feeling as "needing to pee." Its probably the feeling of female ejaculation- its not pee. Try using the restroom before you start with your guy and then if it happens, you are probably just coming close to orgasm and/or female ejaculation. But if you're concerned about it, try asking your doctor or doing some online reserch on the topic.

I don't know - it sounds like maybe your clitoris is being pressed too hard. It's close to the area you feel when you want to pee, and perhaps yours is particularly sensitive. I think you should go and ask your doctor, because no, it's not usual to feel like that so strongly that you actually think you're going to pee. Worth being checked out. Good luck.
