Hello,Don't worry yourself darling, your time will be here soon, your getting through into your mid-teens now, and you should be starting soon. If you don't however, i would advice you to go and have a chat with your doctor. However, don't worry because periods are not exactly nice, it is usually the most dreaded part of a woman's month, just because you friends have started, it doesn't mean you should have too. Your friends will probably think you're lucky to not have started yet! However, good luck darling!

periods can start from an early age of 8 years old and some dont start untill you in your late teens or adolescence, just because your friends have started theirs does not mean you wont, trust me id be glad that i dont have mine yet if i was you because its not the best thing in the world but dont worry your time will come your body just needs to develop.

They start at different times for different people. Some girls start at 10, some at 13, some at 16...it depends on the individual's body, their hormones, genes etc.
I would have a chat with your GP and also perhaps your mum. Some people say that it may depend on when your mother got hers.
Either way, I wouldn't worry, it will happen. I would enjoy not having it! I got mine much earlier than yours and I would have loved not getting my period until after I was 15!

I would think that you should be starting soon. Do you have pubic and underarm hair yet? If you are developing other characteristics of puberty then it will happen soon. If you remain concerned go and have a chat with your GP WHO CAN PUT YOUR MIND AT REST.
