Umm no. Valentine's gift on the 14th and his birthday present on his birthday. Think of your birthday being the day after Christmas and your parents tell you one present is for your birthday...that's not fun! It happens to me and mine is two weeks after Christmas! They're two separate days, so separate it.

Why do you have to give his gift to him either on V-day or on his b-day? Do you have just one gift for him? In that case, I think you should get him another gift, because merging gifts are no fun for the receiver.

No i wouldnt make Vday related to his brithday. Valentines day should be about both of you, and his birthday should be a seperate occasion :)
