When my girlfriend wants to be alone, she doesn't want to be near ANYONE, not even me!

A male , *arry writes:

My girlfriend is my everything but sometimes she acts very unnaturally. Sometimes she is very loving and all over me but when she is in some kind of weird mood, she will want to sit across the room from me.

I always think that I've done something wrong. I asked her why she acts this way and she told me that I haven't done anything, but that she just doesnt want to be around anyone sometimes, not even me.

Even though she reassures me that I am her true love, I wonder: is this natural?

Yes Barry that is very normal. I believe certain people need time by themselves to think, especially females. Do not take offence and just give her space when she needs it.

Mr.Ed agony auntBarry, happens all the time and nobody really can explain it; other than nature. Mine get's that way too and you know come to think of it, me too. I have a comfort zone built around me and I sometimes just don't want anyone in my zone; especially if I have something on my mind. Usually only last about an hour or so, given the circumstances. Let her be for a little while and maybe give her some water. Occupy yourself with something quite while she's meditating and she'll come back. I take it she's come back so far; right? Good luck

MilanaNYC21 agony auntYes Barry it is very natural and it is called PMS! And even if she is not pmsing, it is perfectly normal for any WOMAN or even MAN to want to be alone, even if it means being apart from their loved ones. This is not something to be worried about and it is best to give that person their space. If you intrude in their desire for space, chances are she will feel trapped and might even want to take a break from you. And Barry would not like that, now would he?
