hey everyone, i broke up with my 1 year bf about 4 months ago... it was pretty dramatic and lots of shit happened... i dated someone else after that, we met up for sex with my ex a few times, i got into a deep depression and wanted to die, lots of fights, etc.

the thing is now we are both single and we meet up to eat, chat and sometimes sex.. he says he still has feelings for me but doesnt want a relationship because of everything that happened....

should i give him some time? when would be the best time to start talking about "us" again? btw he's 25 and i'm 20

betty_black agony auntI think 4 months is enough time to start talking! And its definitely enough time considering you've started hanging out again AND having sex. He's had enough time to mill over whats happened and its about time the pair of you discussed whats going on with you. I think its a bit silly messing with your minds and going back to having a physical relationship if your not planning on getting back together, just ask him whether he sees in future in the both of you and if not i'd walk away to prevent hurting yourself and him even more.
