Use an online ovulation calculator such as http://www.ovulation-calculator.org/ -- It will display your fertile days based on your cycle history.

This is how the vagina cleans itself out. What the devil are they teaching you in America?

I feel a need to wade in here .. there's no mention of a partner, please don't go getting pregnant without the full support and knowledge of the baby's father. It's hard, hard work alone.
Apologies for this if I'm in the wrong - you'll appreciate that I'm just thinking of you and your baby-to-be.

But seriously though if you stress too much about this stuff it takes all the fun out of it.
just try to relax and have sex whenever you feel like it.

Ovulation occurs around the 14th day after the period, if your period is pretty regular (every 28 days)
But it can very. Ovulation is the sticky whitish stuff (resemble men's ejaculatory fluids) that comes out every once in awhile
this may help as well
