Hi, I have a very serious and completely awful problem. Whenever I have sex with my boyfriend, I always have to think of someone else for me to..you know. If that wasn't bad enough, the person I always end up thinking of is someone who, when I was younger (about 13), sexually abused me.

I don't understand this at all. Obviously I have some severe psychological issues and I need to stop immediately. It's making me very sick with myself. Please help!

I agree with the other answer. Obviously this event has been engraved onto your mind and you can't foget it. This is obviously how your brain deals with letting the emotions out. If you haven't already talked to someone then you really need to. This will help you deal with things. After you have talked to someone try it again and see if things are different. Good Luck with things!
