If you're not mature enough to buy condoms, then you're probably not mature enough to be that intimate with someone else. The fact that you're asking about the things that your body does is good, but the fact that there's still a lot you don't know, shows that you're probably not ready yet.
Besides, you say that she wants to have sex with you, but you leave no evidence that you want to have sex with her too... If you don't want to, then you shouldn't. It's something that you should be sure of and not jump into on a whim.
