 Puberty in boys starts later than girls. In guys it usually starts at around 13-15 and can continue into you late teens.
Your penis size should start to increase during this time and will probably continue growing for quite some time.

 it can start at any age from now really 13-15 onwards depends how early or late you develope there is no given time not all guys and girls start the same times.
you could be early and be going through it now.
but you could be late a starter.
just have to wait and see.
it's different for different boys.
