Twice he has touched my arm the second one he physically had to come round from where he was stood to do it. As we have carried on chatting when I saw him on the weekend he spoke to me about the feedback and as I left he thanked me and winked at me.I told a friend what he did and she thought he was very interested. Is he just being friendly flirty or is there something more to it than that.

When I went up a second time he seemed quite pleased to see me and we chatted about an item on the counter. I did notice him looking over at me while I was with my friend twice today and he was chatting to his colleague while he was doing it.

it sounds to me like he may be flirting with you if you retaliate to this by flirting also then he might gain the confidence to ask you out
