I'm not into sex or anything so why is water coming out of my vargina. when I sleep I wake up and my underwear is full of water is it because I like this boy and I something think about him or is it my body grown and producing this because i just turned 15???

 Prob just more lubrication than most but see a doc. They know for sure

 get it checked. It may just be normal natural lubrication. But if it has an odor it could be a thrush infection or some other infection. At worst it could be a sexually transmitted disease/infection(STD), but only if you came into intimate contact with an infected person. Very easy for Doctor to identify what it is.

 I am sure you have heard the expression "getting wet" well sometimes women are literally wet much of the time. It usually happens at specific points of the month (during ovulation). It is your body's way of producing hormones to help you increase your likely hood of getting pregnant. Just wear a pantyliner and you'll save yourself damp undies!
