 It is related to an orgasm but as stated not all girls can do it. It's not really seen as more intense, just about the same as a regular orgasm. If you want to learn how your best bet is to search for intructional videos but it will be alot of filtering out porn. From what I know you will have to hit the g-spot quite fast and see where it takes you.
