writes:I was seeing a guy for over a year then 1day he told me hes got another gf and he loves her but i can still stay with him if i want but he cant give me what i want (commitment) i left him.he turned out to be my brothers Friend but i didnt know (he did) cos he never came around cos my brother was away at university and now my brother is home my ex comes around alot.when he comes around, he touches me,(aggressive) checks my phone asks me to make him coffee etc:i dont wanna tell my brother. but am sooo ANGRY i feel like screaming.the fact that he knew i was his friends sister but used me for soo long:( am SO angry at myself for letting him use me:(i dint know what to do:(am hurt, humiliated..i feel soo used:(how can i stop feeling like this??any ideas on what to text him so he'd stop coming to my house??thnx...xx

The next time he touches you, checks your phone or tells you to make coffee, shout at him to quit using you and go back to his girlfriend. He is taking pleasure in doing this to you, and nothing you say other than that will stop him. Anything you text won't work, but you can be a little more sure that if your brother finds out you've been used, then this other guy will clear off because it will get back to his girlfriend. Sometimes you have to make a loud point to get what you want. So be loud when he does it next. And stop being angry at yourself too. You weren't the liar, you weren't the cheat and you're not the asshole. He is.
