This is an individual thing. Some people would say that loving someone IS having deep deep feelings for them. The way people love depends so much on their psychological make-up.
In my opinion loving someone is when you accept them as they are, warts and all. When you don't want to make them change. When you want them to be happy even more than you want yourself to be happy. When you know you can go through bad times together as well as good times. When you want to share everything with them.
It's an extremely difficult question to answer to be honest. Remember that your gut feeling is usually right. If you have any doubts at all, then you need to examine them. Hope this has helped a little.

To me I belive if you have "deep deep feelings" for someone, they are unlike any feelings you have had for anyone. I would say there is no difference between those and love. If they where juse normal feelings, like you have with your friends then no, thats not love. Right now I love some one... I know that because every second I am with her I am truly happy. And i would do anything to make her feel that same happiness.
