 I wouldn't say there was much difference, a F***n buddy might be a little more just sex though, whereas I guess a casual relationship includes all the elements of a relationship just not the commitment.

 None really although I supoose you could maybe say that a casual relationship means that you are together, but are allowed to have sex with others, whereas FB's is no strings sex and that's all.
